Easter Weekend 2004 - Mike, Jen and family were visiting the area, liked it, and wondered to themselves if a beach house was in their future. They walked into the sales office, heard that there was one last developer offered lot in The Hammocks of the Currituck Club, and signed the papers. That's when the rest of the fun began. The ground breaking started August 2004, and was slated to be done February 2005. After a couple of delays, the house was finally ready Easter Weekend 2005. |

Jen and the girls spent their first couple of weeks in Just Fore Us soon thereafter - coordinating furniture delivery, cable installation, etc. You name it, Jen took care of it (poor Mike was only able to come on the weekends!). And now for the good news, since Jen took care of all the start up work, no one else ever will have to! What does everyone enjoy most about their home? Spending quality time together and playing in the sand. Also, the sunsets across the golf course and the sound are incredible! You can enjoy the sunsets from the kitchen, great room, and the outside decks. Everyone in the family are adament beach-goers, and insist every time that we build a sand castle that is twice as large as the last. We thank you for your interest in our home! |
